Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of collectible and sealed products:

• Graded cards are final sale.
• Sleeves and playmats must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Non-Refundable Items

• Graded cards
• Clearance or limited-edition drops
• Items showing signs of use or damage

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
